在乌兹别克斯坦共和国制造或进口到乌兹别克斯坦境内的产品清单须经强制性乌兹别克斯坦GOST-UZ认证批准。

The list of products manufactured in the Republic of Uzbekistan and imported into its territory subject to mandatory Uzbekistan GOST-UZ certification approved.

在乌兹别克斯坦强制性产品认证清单上的产品是按照对外经济活动的商品命名法（TN VED Version 2017 RU海关编码）来管制的。

In this list of products are ordered in accordance with the commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity(TN VED Version 2017 RU).

对于在乌兹别克斯坦共和国境内的进口产品的认证，需要提供以下文件：

For certification of imported products on the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan it is required to provide the following documents:

-所生产产品的管理文件副本（技术规范、各种质量证书、ISO证书、测试报告和各种确认产品质量的文件）；

•A copy of the regulatory document for the products manufactured(TC,various certificates,ISO certificates,test reports and various documents confirming the of the product);

-产品标签的照片（产品信息、就是护照、技术文件、说明书、概观照片-每个面）

•Photograph of product labeling(product information,passport,technical documentation,description,general view photos);

-货物抵达乌兹别克斯坦共和国海关领土说明的运输文件（运单、发票、提单）。

•A shipping document with a note of arrival on the customs territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan(waybill,invoice,billing).

-卫生-流行病学结论的复印件（如果有，如果产品属于卫生-流行病学结论的范围）。

•A copy of the sanitary-epidemiological conclusion(if available,if the product falls under the sanitary-epidemiological conclusion).

乌兹别克斯坦GOST-UZ合格证书：每个型号需要1个证书。

乌兹别克斯坦认证费用取决于：产品名称，型号，数量，海关编码，执行标准，认证方案；

乌兹别克斯坦合格证书：认证程序

第一步：提供申请表和产品资料，运输单据（合同，发票，提单），报价，签订合同

第二步：审核文件资料，支付预付款；

第三步：货物运输到乌兹别克斯坦境内；

第四步：专家到乌兹别克斯坦港口或乌兹别克斯有货物所在检查和检验；

第五步：签发乌兹别克斯坦GOST-UZ合格证书。

乌兹别克斯坦GOST-UZ合格证书认证时间：在货物经过乌兹别克斯坦专家检查测试后15个工作日内签发电子版证书。
