TRCU 032/2013 On safety of pressure equipment

The Technical Regulation TRСU 032/2013 On safety of pressure e specifies uniform safety re for e operated with pressure and their marking.The purpose of this is to ensure the protection of life,health,the environment and property.

According to the Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013,the pressure e and pressure vessels are to be designed and manufactured in such a way that specific risks can be excluded during operation.

The compliance with the re of the Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013 On safety of pressure e is a prere for placing pressure e on the Russian and Eurasian market.

Although the re of TR CU 032/2013 have been coordinated with the re of the Pressure E Directive 97/23/EC(PED),they do not directly correspond to it.

Adopted on July 2,2013

Came into force on February 5,2014

On August 1,2015,the TR CU 032/2013 finally overrode the national standards of technical regulation such as GOST or Russian TR.

Application area of TR CU 032/2013

The Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013 On safety of pressure e applies to the following e:

pressure tanks

pipes

heating and steam boilers

fittings

pressure-maintaining e parts

From a maximum permissible pressure of 0.5 bars onwards,these devices fall within the scope of the Technical Regulation TR CU 032/2013.

Conformity assessment process

The EAC Certification according to TR CU 032/2013 applies to pressure devices categories 3 and 4,which are listed in Annex No.1 of the Technical Regulation.

The EAC Declaration according to TR CU 032/2013 applies to pressure devices categories 1 and 2,which are listed in Annex No.1 of the Technical Regulation.

According to TR CU 032/2013 no conformity assessment is needed for:

main pipelines

gas distribution networks

e for use in the field of nuclear energy

e for use on sea vessels and barges

brake systems of rail vehicles

containers for use on airplanes

military e

parts of machines which are not self-contained containers(housings of pumps,turbines,compressors or motors)

medical individual pressure chambers

sprayers

housing of high voltage e

non-metallic flexible containers

silencer

container for sparkling water
