海关联盟（以下简称"CU"）是国家间经济合作的一种形式，旨在简化关税并为所有成员建立统一关税。自2015年1月1日起，海关联盟CU成为欧亚经济联盟（以下简称EAEU）的一部分。目前，该联盟成员包括俄罗斯、白俄罗斯、哈萨克斯坦、亚美尼亚和吉尔吉斯斯坦。

The Customs Union(hereinafter referred to as the CU)is a form of economic co-operation between countries that simplifies customs duties and establishes a single tariff for all members.Since 1 January 2015,the Customs Union is part of the Eurasian Economic Union(hereinafter EAEU).At the moment,the members of the Union are Russia,Belarus,Kazakhstan,Armenia and Kyrgyzstan.

为了控制产品质量和使用安全，海关联盟成员国制定了海关联盟技术法规（以下简称TR CU）（以下简称TR CU）和确认货物符合海关联盟标准的统一形式文件--EAC合格证书、EAC符合性声明和SGR国家注册证。自2015年起，TR CU和TR EAEU的含义相同。

In order to control the quality of products and safety of their use,the member countries of the Customs Union have developed technical regulations(hereinafter TR)of the Customs Union(hereinafter TR CU)and a single form of documents confirming the conformity of goods to CU standards-certificate,declaration and SGR.Since 2015,the terms TR CU and TR EAEU mean the same thing.

为了控制产品质量和使用安全，关税同盟成员国制定了关税同盟技术法规（以下简称TR）（以下简称TR CU）和确认货物符合关税同盟标准的单一形式文件--证书、声明和SGR。自2015年起，TR CU和TR EAEU的含义相同。

任何CU海关联盟成员国签发的质量合格证书（EAC合格证书，EAC符合性声明，SGR国家注册证）在所有其他成员国国家都有效。

Quality conformity documents issued by any CU member state are valid in all other countries.
